		<description>Yum yum YUM! I made this curry tonight and it was absolutely lovely. I used some flathead fillets as I&#039;m in Australia and can&#039;t get monkfish and they managed to stay in one piece.

It was sooooo creamy and full of flavour. I&#039;ll definitely be making this one  again.</description>
